SDMS Sonographer Poster Competition Application

The SDMS Sonographer Poster Competition encourages sonographers to further research in diagnostic medical sonography and their own careers by creating poster presentations of findings in Original Research, Literature Review, or a Case Study.

Eligibility

The primary author and any co-author(s) must be current members of the SDMS in good standing at the time of entry submission.
A maximum of four sonographer authors may be listed for each entry.
Only one entry submission is allowed per author.
Entries must not have been previously exhibited or presented at other conferences or had their findings published within the field regardless of medium (e.g., journal, online, book, etc.).

Instructions
For eligibility in the SDMS Sonographer Poster Competition, please fill in the requested information as completely and accurately as possible. If you have not already done so, upload your submission files after completing this application. It is your responsibility to ensure the application is completed fully. Failure to follow instructions, complete the application, or submit required files by the deadline will disqualify your application.

Required Submission Documentation
Poster submissions will only be accepted electronically. Microsoft Powerpoint or Adobe Acrobat PDF format is required for poster files. You must upload your file through the link provided in the Instructions & Submission Deadline section of the Sonographer and Student Poster Competition web page of the SDMS website OR you may access the upload link directly here.

Notification
All applicants will be notified via email by mid-June of submission status.
