SDMS Call for Proposals

Your proposal submission(s) will be considered for all 2026 SDMS events, including:

SDMS Annual Conference (in-person)
SDMS CME Weekend (virtual)
SDMS Virtual Seminars

The SDMS will take your preference into consideration and you can select your preference(s) during the submission process.

Please review the SDMS Call for Proposal webpage for additional details on speaker responsibilities and honorariums associated with each event type.

The deadline for all proposal submissions is October 1, 2025. Each submitted proposal is carefully reviewed and will be considered by the SDMS Events Management Committee (EMC). Selected proposal(s) will be notified 90 days after the submission deadline. Not all submitted proposals will be selected.
